Receta Quick And Easy Pizza Using Rice Flour

- 2Â 1/2 c. Rice Flour
- 1 pkt Gluten-Free Quick Rise Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1Â 1/4 c. Hot Water
- Â Â (120-130F) , Divided
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Â Â Cornmeal Optional
- 1 c. Prepared Pizza Sauce
- Â Â Sliced Tomatoes
- Â Â Sliced Onions
- Â Â Sliced Mushrooms
- Â Â Sliced Olives
- Â Â Sliced Zucchini
- Â Â Sliced Yellow Squash
- Â Â Sliced Red Or possibly Yellow Bell Peppers
- Â Â Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
- Â Â Diced Ham
- Â Â Cooked Grnd Beef Or possibly
- Â Â Fresh Herbs
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese

- Keep pizza on the menu with a tasty crust which's both crispy and thick. Use your favorite toppings for an easy snack or possibly main meal entree.
- Makes one 12" pizza crust
- Combine flour, yeast, salt and xanthn gum in large bowl. Stir in 1 C water, extra virgin olive oil and honey. Use hands to work dough (dough will be soft and crumbly). Add in just sufficient of remaining 1/4 C water to hold mix together. Knead dough in bowl 5 minutes. Cover; let rest 10 minutes. Lightly grease 12" pizza pan; sprinkle with cornmeal, if you like. Flatten dough into round disk; press dough into pan. Add in sauce, desired toppings; sprinkle cheese over toppings. Bake in 425F oven 20 - 30 minutes, or possibly till crust is brown and cheese is melted. (Timing varies according to amount and number of toppings.) Use sharp knife or possibly pizza wheel to cut into wedges.
- Variation:Basil-Garlic Pizza Dough:Add in 1 Tbsp minced fresh basil (or possibly 2 tsp dry) and 2 cloves chopped garlic after the honey.
