Receta Quick Banana Bread
Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Jiffy oatmeal muffin mix
- 2 T butter
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 over ripe bananas
Direcciones
- Mash bananas. Heat butter in microwave and stir into bananas. Add in muffin mix and prepare mix as directed on package. Add in sugar and spice.Bake at 350°F till cake springs back in center. May bake in loaf pan or possibly square baking pan.
