Receta Quinoa Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. quinoa meal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 lrg egg beaten
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2Â 1/2 c. buttermilk
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare quinoa meal by grinding raw quinoa in a blender. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mis the two together. Bake in greased 9 x 9 pan or possibly greased muffin tin till golden brown
- (about 25 min.)
- Serve warm with lots of butter. For a spicier variation add in 4-ounce can of minced green chilies or possibly jalapena-and-tomatoe relish.
