- 4 x Rainbow Trout (4 ounce. each)
- 1/4 c. Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Oriental Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Regular or possibly Light Mayonnaise
- 5 tsp Green Onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Ginger peeled & finely chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Oriental Sesame Oil
Direcciones
- Marinate trout. Combine mayonnaise ingredients; chill. Cook trout.
- Serve immediately with mayonnaise.
- Makes 2 to 4 servings.
