Ingredientes
- 1 lb hard white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/3 c. dry apricots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. sweetened coconut, shredded
- 2 c. whole lowfat milk
- 2Â 1/2 c. canned cream of coconut, such as
- Â Â Coco Casa or possibly Coco Lopez
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1Â 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 lrg Large eggs
- Â Â Vanilla ice cream
- Â Â Whipped cream
- Â Â Toasted coconut
- Â Â Chocolate shavings
- Â Â Powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350:F. Line bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with half of bread. Proportionately sprinkle half of apricots and shredded coconut over bread. Top with remaining bread cubes, apricots and coconut.
- Distribute proportionately.
