Receta Raised Potato Donuts

Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. riced potatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 cakes compressed yeast
- 1 c. shortening, melted
- 3 c. lukewarm lowfat milk
- 8 1/2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Knead till smooth but not a stiff dough. Let rise, roll thin and cut out. Let rise 40 min. Fry in oil. If a glazed donut is wanted while they are hot.GLAZE: Take powdered sugar, water and a little butter. Stir as heavy cream.
