Ingredientes
- 2 c. Fresh Tomatoes, Diced
- 1/4 c. Onion, Coarsely Minced
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Garlic, Chopped
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Oregano, Dry
- 3/4 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Jalapeno Pepper, Coarse Chop
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, Minced
Direcciones
- Mix the tomatoes and onion, blending well. Add in all the other ingredients, blending well. Let stand for 1 hour before serving for the flavors to meld. May be served at room temperature or possibly chilled.
- Makes about 21/4 c.. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Potato skins, Thick Green Bell Pepper Wedges, Oysters, Mushroom Caps
