Receta Raspberry Parfait Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x 10 ounce. frzn raspberries
- 1 x 3 ounce. raspberry gelatin
- 1 pt vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 x 9 inch graham cracker crust
Direcciones
- Thaw and drain juice from raspberries. Add in warm water to make 1 1/2 c. liquid. Set raspberries aside. Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 c. warm raspberry liquid. Stir well. While still warm, add in ice cream, stirring till ice cream melts. Chill till partially set. Mix in raspberries. Pour filling into pie shell. Chill to refrigeratethoroughly. Immediately before serving, whip cream. Top raspberry filling with whipped cream and serve.
