Receta Apricot Parfait Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 can apricots (24 ounce.)
- 1 pkt orange jello (3 ounce)
- 1 pt vanilla ice cream
- 1 x graham cracker pie shel (9")
- 1 pt whipping cream or possibly frzn whipped topping shaved chocolate
Direcciones
- Drain apricots; reserving juice. Heat 1 c. apricot juice till it boils. Remove from heat; add in gelatin; stir till desolved. Add in ice cream to warm mix. Stir till melted. Blend apricots in blender to get 1 c. apricot pulp. Stir into gelatin mix. Refrigeratetill thick, but NOT SET, 25 to 35 min. Pour mix into pie shell. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
