- 1 1/2 large bell peppers, I used 1/2 green and 1 yellow
- 2 medium onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 5 laurel (bay) leaves
- 2 tbs chopped fresh thyme
- big handful of fresh basil leaves
- 4 tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper optional
