Receta REALLY Homemade Gluten Free Lasagna
Ingredientes
- 2 cans (28 ounces) Crushed Tomatoes
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- .5 oz anchovy paste
- 3 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
- pinch of sugar, black pepper, red pepper flakes
- Now the lasagna!
- Youâll need:
- 50 ounces of marinara sauce, jarred or the recipe above
- 2 1/4 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- One package ground beef (Emily uses Organic, Grass fed)
- One box DeBoleâs GF Lasagna Noodles
- 1 egg, beaten
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
