Receta Red Pepper Hummus Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 can chickpeas - (15 ounce) see * Note, rinsed,
- Â Â and liquid removed
- 1 jar roasted red bell peppers - (7 ounce) liquid removed, minced
- 2 x garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 x Italian bread shell - (10 ounce) see * Note
- 1 pkt feta cheese - (8 ounce) crumbled
- 3 x plum tomatoes sliced
- 1/4 c. pitted kalamata or possibly ripe olives minced
- 1 tsp dry oregano
Direcciones
- * Note: One (15-oz) can navy beans may be substituted for chickpeas. One (10-oz) can refrigerated pizza crust, baked, may be substituted for bread shell.
- Process first 7 ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor till smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Spread chickpea mix over bread shell. Top with feta cheese and remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
