Receta Regal Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes
- 3 sqr unsweetened chocolate
- 1/3 c. water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 x egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. whipping cream
Direcciones
- Combine first two ingredients. Bring to boil over low heat. Stir till well blended. Add in sugar and salt. Simmer 3 min. Stir constantly. Pour slowly over egg yolks stirring well. Cold. Add in vanilla. Mix in whipped cream. Spoon into freezer tray. Freeze 3-4 hrs.
