  1. Beat all together. Add in rhubarb last.
  2. Bake 350 for 50-60 min.
  3. While it is still warm, I mix flour, butter and cinnamon together and spread on the cake.
  4. You can cut up rhubarb and freeze 2 c. in little bags. Which way it is always ready for a cake summer or possibly winter.
