- 1 3/4 cup cake flour
- Cake:
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
