- 3/4 lb Flank steak, cut into thin
- Â Â Strips
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. Scallions,cut diagonally
- Â Â Into 1" pcs
- 1/2 c. Diced red pepper
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 pkt French's Spice Your Rice
- Â Â Beef and Onions Flavor
- Â Â Seasoning
- 1Â 1/2 c. Rice
Direcciones
- Saute/fry beef in oil in large skillet till browned,about 3 to 5 min.Add in vegetables and stir fry 2 min.Add in water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5 min.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings
