  • 1 1/4 cups uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, with liquid
  • 3 TBSP dry onion soup mix
  • 2 TBSP cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a 2 Quart baking dish, combine rice, mushrooms,onion soup mix, oil, water and soy sauce.
  3. Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked.
