Ingredientes
- 1.5 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 large eggs, fork beaten
- 2 tbsp cooking oil or butter, melted
- 1.5 cups milk
Direcciones
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Stir. Make a well in centre. Add eggs, oil and milk. Stir just to moisten. A few lumps are fine. Heat electric griddle until drops of water dance on surface(380F). Pour batter onto griddle flip when bubbles appear and edges become dry. Makes 12 pancakes
