Receta Rich Chocolate Loaf Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. softened butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 lg. large eggs
- 2 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. semi-sweet miniature chocolate chips
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla; add in large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition; scrape bowl frequently. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Stir together flour, cocoa, salt and baking pwdr; add in alternately with coffee and buttermilk to creamed mix, beating till mix is blended, add in chocolate chips and stir well.Divide batter equally between 2 well-greased 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven, 60 to 65 min or possibly till tester comes clean. Cool 10 min; remove from pans to wire rack. Serve plain or possibly with a scoop of ice cream.
