- 250 ml brandy
- 55 g soft brown sugar
- 80 g sweet orange marmelade
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1teaspoon mixed spice
