Receta Ritz Fitz (Oven Fried Fish Fillets)

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2/3 c. crushed crackers (I use Ritz)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese - (abt 1 ounce)
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 lb sole, scrod, perch or possibly other
- Â Â mild-tasting fish fillets
- Â Â Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat the butter in a 9- by 13-inch pan in the oven. While it melts, combine everything else except the fish in a pie pan.
- Dip the fish around in the melted butter, dip each piece in the crumb mix, and return it to the baking pan.
- Bake the fillets for 20 to 25 min, or possibly till the fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges, and good luck to you.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
