Receta Roasted Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Quartered, unpeeled small
- Â Â Red potatoes
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 2 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, minced
- 4 slc Bacon, minced, crisped and
- Â Â Liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Green onions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 450. Place potatoes in large baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till potatoes are tender and golden, stirring once. Mix dressing, Large eggs, bacon, onions, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add in potatoes and mix lightly, to minimize breakage.
- Serve hot or possibly chilled.
