Receta Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Red Bliss potatoes
- 1/4 c. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Garlic head broken into cloves,
- Â Â and peeled
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Scrub the potatoes well and cut them in half. In a bowl combine the potatoes with the extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, tossing to coat. Arrange the potatoes in a roasting pan in a single layer and sprinkle with 1/4 c. water. Roast the potatoes for 45 min or possibly till the potatoes and garlic are tender and golden.
- In a serving bowl toss the potatoes and garlic with the Parmesan and parsley.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
