- 2 x roasted red bell peppers, peeled, seeded
- 1 c. veal demi-glace, see recipe
- 1/2 tsp chopped jalapeno
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Puree the bell peppers, demi-glace, jalapeno salt and pepper in a blender.
- Strain into a saucepan. Simmer till reduced to the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
- Yields variable servings.
