Receta Robb's Raisin Sauce For Ham Or Tongue

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 c. Warm water
- 1 c. Seedless raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper, freshly grnd
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/8 tsp Mace
- 1 c. Currant jelly
Direcciones
- Simmer the brown sugar and water together for 5 min, stirring till sugar is dissolved. Add in all other ingredients, and cook till jelly dissolves. Simmer an additional 10 min. May be made in advance and kept refrigerated till ready for use. Reheat slowly till simmering.
