Ingredientes
- 2 lb round steak
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 x 16 ounce. tomatoes, cut up
- 1 lrg onion sliced
- 1 stalk celery thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. thick bottled steak sauce
Direcciones
- Cut steak into serving size pcs. Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil. Pour off excess fat. Put all in crockpot. Cover, cook 6 to 8 hrs on low. Thicken juices with additional flour dissolved in water (small amount).
- Makes 5 to 6 servings.
