Ingredients: 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter; 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips; 1 1/2 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour; 1 c. Sugar; 1 c. Minced nuts; 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1/4 tsp Salt; 2 x Large eggs; 48 x Miniature marshmallows

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
1Â 1/2 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Minced nuts
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
2 x Large eggs
48 x Miniature marshmallows

Direcciones

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat margarine and 1/2 c. of the chocolate chips in 1 quart. saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, till melted; remove from heat and cold. Mix remaining chocolate chips, the melted chocolate mix and remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press 1 marshmallow in center of each Bake about 8 min or possibly till almost no indentation remains when touched. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cook on wire rack.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
