  • Coarse sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mille et Une Nuits seasoning (or a mix of coriander, cumin, curcuma, cinnamon, ginger with a pinch of clove and nutmeg)
  • 2 cups of white wine
  • 2 lbs Muscat grapes (Concord grapes would also work nicely, I think)
