Ingredientes
- Braised Veal Shank with Fresh Muscat Grapes
- 3 lb bone-in veal shank
- Coarse sea salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Mille et Une Nuits seasoning (or a mix of coriander, cumin, curcuma, cinnamon, ginger with a pinch of clove and nutmeg)
- 2 cups of white wine
- 2 lbs Muscat grapes (Concord grapes would also work nicely, I think)
