Receta Rose's Egyptian Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd chuck
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 2 can Beef consomme
- 2 Tbsp. To 3 soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 c. Raw rice
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger & onion. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer till rice is done. To serve, put on top a dollop of lowfat sour cream and sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds.
