Receta Rosemary beefsteak
Today we will make a juicy rosemary beefsteak with butter and a thick layer of freshly grounded pepper. I already found out, that to make a good steak, you only need to find out the best frying time. The beef stepper that I chose has a t-shaped bone because it adds an extra flavor to the roast. Yes, this meat has more fat, but it’s much tastier than lean beef. I served with fried garlic potatoes. Without garlic, I can’t imagine a lot of my recipes.

Put some salt and pepper on a steak and roast it from both sides for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and transfer it with the whole pan to the oven. If you want completely baked steak, cook it in the oven for a 5minutes. If you want medium - done, cook for a shorter period.
