Receta Rosemary Lamb Shanks Valencia

Ingredientes
- 6 x Lamb shanks
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Crushed rosemary
- 3 x Orange slices (cut in half)
- Â Â Oven baked potatoes
Direcciones
- Coat lamb with mix of flour, salt, paprika & pepper. Place in shallow baking pan; pour oil over all & sprinkle with rosemary. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 2 1/2- 3 hrs, turning occasionally, till crisp on outside. If gravy is desired, mix 1 Tbls. drippings with 1 Tbls. flour. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt & 1 c. water; cook & stir over med heat till thickened. Serve meat with gravy, orange slices & baked potatoes.
