Receta Round Steak Rolls
Ingredientes
- 1 slice round steak
- 1 onion
- 1 to 2 slices bacon
- Salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 c. warm water
- Oil
Direcciones
- Divide steak into about 6 pcs. Lb. thin as it is easier to roll. Cut onion in slices, then in half. Cut bacon into pcs. Place on one end of each piece some onion, bacon and seasoning. Roll and fasten with toothpick. Heat oil and brown rolls. Pour off oil. Add in water and sprinkle with ketchup. Let it come to a boil, then simmer for about 1 1/2 hrs. This is good served with mashed potatoes.
