Receta Royal Pecan Cherry Ring

Ingredientes
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. cherry gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (No. 2) can Bing Cherries
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 3 3/4 c. water (includes cherry juice)
Direcciones
- Drain cherries and cut in halves. Add in sufficient water to cherry juice to make 2 c.; boil the 2 c. of liquid. Dissolve sugar, salt and gelatin in warm liquid. Add in lemon juice and 1 3/4 c. water. Refrigeratein refrigerator till thick. Add in cherries and pecans.
- Pour in large mold-ring or possibly individual molds. Refrigeratetill hard. Unmold on lettuce. Fill center with cottage cheese. Garnish with mint leaf. Serves 8.
