Receta Royce's Camp Out Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 10 lg. potatoes, cut in bite-size pcs
- 3 lg. yellow skinned onions, sliced
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 pound lean hamburger
- 2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. warm water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
Direcciones
- Fry bacon, remove and save, pour off all but 3 Tbsp. bacon fat. Brown hamburger and onion in fat. Put potatoes, onion, hamburger in Dutch oven or possibly large cooking pot. Cover with crumbled bacon, bouillon and spices. Cover and cook about 35 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
