- 1 c. Wheat Flour
- 1 c. Bread Flour
- 5/8 c. Rye Flour
- 1/2 c. Wheat Gluten
- 1/4 c. Oat Bran Or possibly
- Â Â Wheat Bran
- 1/8 c. Oats Not Instant
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Onions
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Pwdr
- 1/4 c. Molasses
- 2Â 2/3 Tbsp. Lecithin Or possibly
- Â Â Your Favorite Fat
- 1Â 1/3 c. Water Or possibly
- Â Â Coffee Or possibly Flat Beer
- 1Â 1/3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dry Onions
- 2 tsp Caraway Seed
- 1/4 tsp Fennel Seed

- Very oniony. It's a good bread to fiddle with because it's very easygoing.
- Bake in the bread machine or possibly in your oven at 350F for 30 min.
