Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar, brown or possibly white
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 3 1/2 c. seedless dates or possibly raisins, cut up
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cooking soda, dissolved in 2 T hot water
- 3 1/2 c. plain flour
Direcciones
- Cream butter, add in sugar and mix well together. Add in large eggs and mix well.In another bowl, mix nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, salt and flour together. Add in flour to other mix and beat well. Add in lightly floured fruits and nuts, add in baking soda to mix. Beat well. Drop with tsp on greased baking sheet in hot oven 400 degrees. Watch closely, they burn easily.
