Receta Ruth Ann's Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredientes
- CHURCH SUPPER RECIPE
- 6 packages. yeast
- 6 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3 large eggs
- 5 lbs. flour (plus about 1 c.)
Direcciones
- Dissolve 2 packages. of yeast in 2 cups warm water. Add in 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg, 2 tsp salt and about 3 1/2 cups flour. Beat well with electric mixer. Add in 3 to 3 1/2 cups more flour. Beat with wooden spoon till smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover and chill overnight. Make into rolls, place in greased pan, cover and let rise 2 to 3 hrs till light. Bake in 375 degree oven about 20 min. Dough will keep several days in refrigerator.
- Mix and bake as directed. Rolls can be made out and allowed to raise slowly in refrigerator. This recipe makes about 10 to 12 dozen.
