  • 6 packages. yeast
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 5 lbs. flour (plus about 1 c.)

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve 2 packages. of yeast in 2 cups warm water. Add in 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg, 2 tsp salt and about 3 1/2 cups flour. Beat well with electric mixer. Add in 3 to 3 1/2 cups more flour. Beat with wooden spoon till smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover and chill overnight. Make into rolls, place in greased pan, cover and let rise 2 to 3 hrs till light. Bake in 375 degree oven about 20 min. Dough will keep several days in refrigerator.
  2. Mix and bake as directed. Rolls can be made out and allowed to raise slowly in refrigerator. This recipe makes about 10 to 12 dozen.
