  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend the spinach and almond milk in a food processor or blender.
  3. In a medium pot, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour to thicken.
  4. Stir in the spinach mixture and heat it to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to a simmer and stir occasionally for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add in the cheese and whisk until melted. Add water as needed if the mixture becomes too thick.
  7. Stir in the pasta, broccoli, spiralized zucchini and garlic powder
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
