  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, uncooked
  • 1 bunch green onions, minced
  • 6 hard cooked Large eggs, peeled & minced
  • 1 pound bacon, dry & crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Wash and stem spinach. Dry thoroughly. Tear into pcs in a very large salad bowl. Tear lettuce into bite size pcs, place on top of spinach. Sprinkle with peas, onions, Large eggs and bacon.
  2. For Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and salad dressing mix together thoroughly. Spread dressing over top of salad like icing on a cake. Chill overnight. Toss just before serving. Yield: 12 generous servings.
