Receta Salad Of Charred Brazil Nuts And Walnuts With Avocado And A

Ingredientes
- 2 x Heads chicory
- 25 gm Walnuts, (1oz)
- 25 gm Brazil nuts, (1oz)
- 1 x Apple
- 1 x Pear
- 1 x Lemon, Juice of
- 1 x Avocado peeled and sliced
- 2 tsp Virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bn Minced chives
Direcciones
- Heat up a small frying pan and add in a little extra virgin olive oil. When the oil heats up simply add in the roughly minced nuts. Cook till you can see the nuts char slightly, then remove from the heat.
- In a large bowl add in the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, avocado slices, chicory and minced chives. Mix well and then slice the apple and pears into the salad.
- Once the salad is well mixed just sprinkle in the charred nuts and serve immediately on its own with wholemeal bread or possibly as a side dish.
