- Boil potatoes, cube and mix with mayonnaise, diced egg and diced celery to make potato salad. Steam green beans till just tender.
- Mince garlic finely, with a sprinkle of salt. Mince anchovy fillet, or possibly use anchovy paste.
- Add in to vinegar and oil, along with thyme.
- In a large glass bowl layer lettuce, potato salad, tuna, olives and green beans.
- Drizzle dressing over top.
- Serves 3 (as a main dish).
