- 2 c. Torn mixed salad greens
- 1/2 c. Fresh mushroom slices
- 2 Tbsp. Capers
- 3/4 x Reserved viniagrette dressing (from appetizer recipe)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Direcciones
- Divide salad greens and mushroom slices onto two salad plates. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. capers. Combine viniagrette dressing with mustard - mix well. Pour mustard viniagrette over salads.
