- 1 egg white
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- Salisbury steak
- Paprika
Direcciones
- 1. With rotary beater, beat egg white in small bowl till stiff. Gently mix in lowfat sour cream, salt and horseradish till well combined.
- 2. Broil steak.
- 3. Frost top of steak with lowfat sour cream mix; place under broiler till golden. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve at once.
