Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 env. (about 1.5 ounce.) dehydrated onion soup mix, divided
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
Direcciones
- Mix well beef, 2 Tbsp. soup mix, the egg, bread crumbs and salt; shape in 4 oval patties; set aside.
- In shallow casserole or possibly skillet mix remaining soup mix and flour; stir in water. Add in meat patties; place pepper and onions around meat. Cover; bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30 min, stirring vegetables once or possibly twice till meat is done as desired. Makes 4 servings.
