Ingredientes
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/4 c. crushed soda crackers
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/4 c. finely minced celery
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Shape into patties; brown. Combine soup and water and pour over patties in a casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Good with mashed potatoes for a meal.
