Receta Sally's Potatoes 'N Carrots

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. grated raw potatoes (can use red potatoes)
- 1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine potatoes and onion in buttered 9"x13" dish. Add in carrots. Blend soup, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 8.
