Receta Salmon And Potato Casserole (Crockpot)

Ingredientes
- 4 x potatoes peeled/thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- Â Â salt and pepper
- 1 x 16 oz can salmon liquid removed and flaked
- 1 med onion minced
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. lowfat milk scalded
- Â Â nutmeg
Direcciones
- Place half of the potatoes in greased Crockpot. Sprinkle with half of the flour, salt and pepper. Cover with half of salmon. Sprinkle with half the onion. Repeat layers in order. Gradually add in beaten Large eggs and butter to scalded lowfat milk. Stir well. Pou over potato-salmon mix. Dust with nutmeg=2E Cover and cook on Low setting for 7-10 hrs.
