Receta Salmon Lemon Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon (reserve 1/4 c. liquid)
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
Direcciones
- Flake salmon, combine with other ingredients. Moisten with salmon liquid. Spoon into oiled qt loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 35-40 min. Garnish with lemon slices. Makes 4 servings.
