- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken
- 1 carrot, minced
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 onion, coarsely minced
- 2 tbsp. rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt & pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c. dry, white wine
Direcciones
- Brown chicken (breast side first) in butter - no seasonings. Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then put covered into oven at 200 degrees for 2 hrs.
