Receta Salmon Patties
These are perfect for Lent and easy to make, a squirt of lemon or a lemon sauce completes the dish
Ingredientes
- 1 (14.7) can of salmon
- 1 Egg
- 1 Small onion chopped
- 1/2 Cup Italian Bread crumbs
- 2 Tbs. Chopped fresh mint
Direcciones
- Blend salmon, egg, onion, bread crumbs and chopped mint in a large bowl. Make into balls using an ice cream scoop, so it is consistent in size, pat the balls down.
- Dust with flour and place in warm cast iron pan with 2 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Cook until brown
